Doctoral School

A three-days course on "Optical Design and Simulation" taught by Prof. T. Lasser, Prof. H. Gross and Dr. M. Leutenegger will be held between 2010-02-08 and 2010-02-10. Since the places are limited, interested PhD students are asked to send a letter of motivation directly to Prof. T. Lasser. The letter should answer to the following questions:

• Why do you want to take this lecture and what do you expext to learn?
• What courses - related to Optics - have you followed prior to this one?
• What's your thesis about and how is it related to optical design?

Your registration will be confirmed upon evaluation of the letter of motivation. The schedule for the course can be found here.
